You are bidding on selected inclusions from one of the largest collections in Germany, which consists of Amber from all over the world (Baltic, Dominican Republic, Mexico and Burma) and I am offering them for auction due to age-related reasons. Authenticity, quality and rarity are guaranteed, partly suitable for museums, which is an estimated percentage of less than 1% of all finds.Burmit is the name of an Amber gemstone, found in the Eocene deposit in Myanmar and is approx. 100 years old. Burmit is considered the kind of Amber with the most inclusions and there are more kinds known of it than from all other deposits combined.During the Cretaceous period, which was also the period when dinosaurs existed, first plant life started to develop in the shape of blossoms, leaves and moss.In a honey-coloured drop 2.1 x 0.8 cm is a perfectly preserved delicate flat bug larva Aradidae “Mezirinae” enclosed, scientifically determined, well placed, also suitable as jewellery pendant. The value of an inclusion stone mainly depends on the rarity and it is approx. 0.5% here.A highlight for the dedicated collector!3 multi-layer shots with approx. 20 stacked individual pictures, which give a clear overall picture, are attached.

Estimate price: 381.00
