Exchange of purchased goods
This is Boostypress's standard return policy for all products purchased on our website. We are concerned about your satisfaction. Prior to shipment, our Quality Assurance technicians subject each article to strict quality control. This guarantees product quality of the highest level. Ask our help if you are not completely satisfied with the articles received.
This depends on different product classification
For mobile cases such as TPU / PC / Leather Case etc ... a period of 30 days applies.
Delays in shipping:
Unfortunately, we have no control over the international shipping process after the departure of the package from our warehouse. Delayed orders, on shipment of the package within the normal processing period, we treat per case. Submit a ticket for this at our helpdesk.
Missing or incorrect items
Carefully inspect the contents of the package. If an item is missing or is wrong, carry out the following steps:
- Contact us immediately with your order number. and order ID.
- Provide clear, well-exposed color photos of the package and all items that you have received (including the correct ones).
- After assessing the facts, we offer you a solution.
- If the fault lies with us, we will send you an accessory within the warranty period, an alternative product or free of charge.
No package tracking report
We promise to ship every placed and paid order. Only registered mail or instant messages can be followed online. Ask us for the URL of the tracking website to track the progress of your package. No trace information is available for orders sent via Surface Mail. If the order is not received within 60 days of shipment and there is no updated tracking information, you can request a refund for the items (excluding shipping costs) or resend the package. Note: we are not responsible for missing Surface Mail packages.
If there is no problem with the product, can I still return it?
If we have sent the correct item and there is no problem, it is generally not allowed to return the item to us in principle. Unauthorized package declarations are subject to shipping costs that are not reimbursed. Always contact our support center as soon as possible. All product (s) that have been used/worn are automatically disqualified for a return of the product.
Cancellation of order
We know that customers may have stock and that they are placing the order carelessly

An order can be canceled if the order is still unprocessed. When the order shows the processing, please contact our customer service if the order can be canceled.
Additional notes on warranty and returns
- All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed and delivered with all original tags intact and their original packaging.
- All refunds will be paid directly to your online bank account balance from Boostypress; no refunds will be issued to your bank.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items: clearance items, discounted items and all clothing listed under the lingerie and swimwear categories.
- In addition to these exclusions of special items, you must contact our support center and initiate the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process within 7 days of receiving your package.
- The above warranty and return policy are only for Non-human damage.
- For the settlement of the refund, the payment will be refunded to the account you use to pay.
- Contact us by submitting an ID number or live chat before returning the package to receive the shipping address or other details. We can only carry out the refund if we get the package back. We will notify you by e-mail at that time.
- For more advice or assistance, please contact our support center staff. We will always do our best to help you in every way possible and give you complete peace of mind.
Wrong clothing or wrong product description
Be sure to always carefully consult the size chart (s) before you order. In general, a variation of 1 cm - 2 cm difference (approximately) is allowed due to differences between brands, suppliers and production processes that produce articles with minimal size differences. In case there is a problem where clothes of the wrong size are missing and/or items that differ from the product description, follow these steps:
- Contact us immediately with your order number. and shipping code No.
- Give clear, well-exposed color photos with the difference in size, that is to say, photos of the area/areas that were wrongly measured and that is flat with an adjacent measuring tape or scroll line) or incorrect item (s).
- After we have assessed the facts, we offer you a solution.
- If we have sent the wrong item, we will offer a full refund or send an alternative product.
- However, if you have ordered the wrong item, you can return the product for a partial refund or exchange. You pay for shipping in both ways.
